From robotics, to mechanical parts, to production lines, we have a proven track record of prototyping and creating mechanical solutions for various industries. 

Implementation of the C axis on a Morando KR42 vertical lathe. This system allows an angular positioning of the main work spindle to perform numerically controlled drilling and milling operations with the machine, this also through a modified RAM with the addition of an independent spindle with automatic tool locking and unlocking.

Engrade srl is able to offer support for the development of projects in the energy / environmental field, starting from the preliminary sizing up to the final sizing of all the parts of the plant (combustors, boilers, gas effluent treatment systems, emission monitoring systems, piping development, p & id). Engrade personnel are certified as Energy Manager by ENEA.

As a player in the recreational naval space, we have designed more or less every type of boat accessory imaginable: external landing accessory (retractable and rotating), accessories supplied with boats, tender lifting accessories, side beach accessories, drive mechanisms for special solutions, windlasses, jetties, stairs and several custom applications.
